We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a critical role in coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams, and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.

Project Oversight: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects adhere to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and manage project budgets effectively.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct regular site inspections, and promote a safe working environment.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, documenting site activities, challenges, and resolutions.
Material Management: Oversee the delivery, storage, and utilization of construction materials, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, site personnel, and other team members.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site issues, communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.

Willingness to learn new skills and grow in the role
Desirable:
A good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A proven track record of managing projects within deadlines and to budget
