We are looking for a motivated Assistant Builder / General Hand who is eager to learn construction skills on the job. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for building and personal development. No experience is required, training will be provided. 

• Assist skilled builders, carpenters, and supervisors with daily construction tasks

• Carry and prepare materials, tools, and equipment

• Mix concrete, mortar, and other building materials under supervision

  
  
  Assist with:

• Bricklaying and block work

• Basic carpentry and formwork

• Plastering and screeding

• Site cleaning and organisation

• Learn to use hand and power tools safely 

• Follow instructions and building procedures carefully 

• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the construction site 

• Observe and learn construction methods and best practices 

Essential:

• Strong willingness to learn and take instruction

• Positive attitude, reliability, and good timekeeping

• Interest or passion for construction and building work

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Basic communication skills in English and/or local languages

• No formal qualifications required (experience is an advantage but not essential)
